However while reading all these discussions on sustainable development policy meaning for the modern word, you would find nothing on that crucial point that it can hardly been achieved without wide public enlightenment program establishing. At the present time many evidences are seen that   while being starving for meeting its current needs, people deny seeing two steps ahead.  The main paradigm is «current needs are first. They are to be met no matter how! » This approach could be called as well the emotions predominance over law. It has led to the current liberalism crisis.

Sympathy (strong emotion) urge liberal civilizations starting looking for compromise.   Currently it’d recognized as the main conflict solving way.

The only problem is that this way is regarded by the opponent as a weakness sign.  They are gladly using it, but they are not going to repeat the same mistakes. For them it’s though small, but victory. Later it should be developed.   The actions, like those of Xavier Solano are regarded by them as partial victory, not like a compromise. The compromise would mean that they would sacrifice some points too. Well, they had agreed, they would not blast up the world the word - now, at this moment.

So as the main goal (a strategy one, if you like it) the so called «Western»civilization should regard teaching the opponents speaking the same language.

Another problem is that all current «consumer society» psychology has been developed on the basis of meeting all the current individual needs.   Any commercial advertising is applying to basic human being instincts; it is preventing any person doubt on if it needs THIS and RIGHT NOW - i.e. to analyze its wishes critically  

Predomination of commercial advertising had led to «image civilization» creation. Image means possession of signs of people belonging to certain circle without real entering into it. To get these signs is easier than to upgrade your personal status to get into this circle.

Then this psychology is caught up by mass media and is further developed. All this leads to predominance of wrapping over the content. It makes many elder people regretting about former times...

So tinseling wrapping gets prevailing. This is the main tend influencing our modern live.

No sustainable development could be achieved in these conditions.  Dazzled by tinseling wrapping any person gets unable to analyze and foresee its actions results. At the same time it makes other person (those who lack this opportunity to act the same way) it makes them envying and thinking: «Wow! Why HE CAN and I CAN’T? What’s wrong with me? Nothing. I believe in it and any others SAY so. Then WHY CAN’T I? I shall take it. » - and this is the main reason of any extremism.

If coming back to the public enlightenment program establishing, only through «juvenile» (12-18) education system development it could be achieved.  In course of this age period the most of thinking habits and personal reactions scope are formed. The education system is to be humanitarian first of all and secularized as much as possible and its pupils are to be widely promoted. Unfortunately that would lead to the entire consumer society breakdown. Despite it seems unavoidable, it would need a lot of funds applying - however no fund would get keen in its implementing. Hence it’s pointless and everything would die.

However since this situation came up due to the  Kipling’s «White man burden» consequences, it would be just fair if that same «Great White man» take special care for its repairing. 

Certainly, it’s not panacea - but it’s the way to follow.
