Education.
«International community, of both the EU and the USA, i.e. the main actors now, are spending enormous volume of funding to stop and to mitigate Palestine-Israel conflict. More to that point should be added that at the moment everybody are discussing «the conflict of the civilizations», i.e. Christians-Muslims conflict. Apparently this conflict is but deepening and it may affect all the world. It is obvious IMHO, that this conflict can not be come over by any force actions. After all, in case the humanity accept the Human Right Declaration, it should be accepted that any Freedom means responsibility. But to be able to value the scope of both freedom and related responsibility a person is to be able to make its own conclusion but not to follow the conclusion proposed by power bodies. Certainly it may be accepted but it need be estimated first.
To do it a person is to have developed mind (or well-trained, whatever) and hence to make its own decisions. The importance of this ability was many times discussed by various authorized theorists, such as Knocke, B (1990) in Political networks: structural perspective (Cambridge, England; New York Cambridge University Press)
He places emphasis on information and knowledge, in addition to material resources as a «basis» for defining «power» to produce» intended efforts on the attitudes or behaviours of other actors in the transactions around network». The skill of any person ability to make independent conclusions was also discussed by Richard Thousand in his «Straight and crooked thinking». Muslim writer from Jordan Shechar Al-Nabusi was complaining on lost Muslims mind. Jordan is special state at the moment but it seems to be doomed after its Shakh death by the same «poor Palestine oppressed refugees».
So the present situation seems deadlocked. Since nowadays any large military conflict is highly unwelcome, too expensive and just dangerous another strategy is to be applied.
First a Kissinger's doctrine of the Cold War times is to be recalled. That time it was successfully used against the Soviet Union.
I don't know how effective these methods would be against Muslim world, I have no data. If there are any actions of this kind they are not too effective.
However there is another way, that seems to me more obvious and effective. I am at a loss why it has never been used before.
I mean children education system creation. At a moment students in Iran medreces for example learn by hard Koran quotations only. And Koran is full of the following expressions:
"I will instil terror in the hearts of the infidels. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off the fingertips of every one of them. "
Quran Surah 8: 12
It’s stated as well, that the world is created by Allah, Allah is incomprehensible, any attempt to comprehend it is sin hence the world comprehension is sin too.
This can be overcome only by children education system creation. Nowadays an education is not just knowledge at all. Any information needed for any technical application is accessible now. The most important got the skill to find it, to choose the needed piece and to make your choice. Hence the relevant tutor importance had significantly increased. At this point a possible European influence an hardly been underestimated. Well, the European sympathy toward poor Palestinians and their tolerance could make them perfect tutors to transfer these thinking habits to them. I’m afraid it’s the only way to solve the crisis. Well, that could upraise many objections in future word unification, but any child is to learn speaking skills and writing as well to be understood. Nobody calls it unification.
