INTRODUCTION.
1 to debunk many common superstitions on human societies structure. Today this seems the most urgent issue because of the post-industrial society structures transformation. This transformation – ie globalisation - is due to the science-technical progress. This progress is an integral part of human evolution, so may be regarded as natural for this species. So all the panic fears of globalisation would being proved to be senseless, even harmful. This text is following the neopositivism and post-positivism traditions. So works of such philosophers as Max Weber, Carl Popper and Ralf Dahredorf, among other mentioned here articles on cultural anthropology and social economics researches were used as general background for the essay.
2 the current globalisation started just about 200 or even 100 years ago - a period too short for a species could adopt to new conditions. It requires requires significant social and psychological changes. Otherwise it may cause many serious threads due to unbalanced civilisation structure. However the further species evolution would be possible only trough converting these unbalanced structures. Some ways of overcoming this imbalance, based on recent researches are being offered.
The role of the state
of the United States is considered through the vision of
human evolution trends and trough the current crysis
challenges.
One of the more specific features of H. Sapiens is its ability to transform its environment according to its cognitive acts.
So it may be assumed that human evolution required the cognitive analytical activity development. This activity occurs on the basis of individualised mind. For long time that mind individualisation was suppressed by individual's economical dependence from other society members, ie commune or Hive. This cognitive activity applying to the environment resulted in economical development and quite recently, due to increased individuals economical independence lead to hyperindividualisation in big cities, highly unnatural agglomerations. Innatural for any animal except for those Hive ones, ie bees, termites, lemmings and so on.
This independence period has been too short for peoples and its society may have got adjusted to it. This maladaptation results are to be overcome.
As one of the main
obstacle to further human evolution the Hive Psychology is
regarded. This type of behaviour of social animals - as Homo
Sapiens is, - has many manifestation. Human history analysis
proves that in strategical view it is usually highly
destructive, while in tactics view it often guarantee success.

Unfortunately, the main conflict of human evolution is that mind individualisation contradicts its nature of social animal. Any social animals due to Hive psychology that switch on the trigger of the population density autoregulation. The religion in its most commonly accepted ritual part as well as many other superstitions are regarded as the main obstacle to the Hive Psychology overcoming.

This psychology positive tactic effect contradicts its destructive effect in strategy. It causes as many modern panics so the current economical crisis. This crysis is to be regarded as a sign of transfer to the next evolutionary stage. That would need some innovative approaches applying.

Regarding at the
human history through the vision offered by Wilson in his
Darwin cathedral and in the Dawkins' God delusion as well the
principles of the Evolutionary economy get clearer. Applying
its principles to the human kind evolution may the observer
capable to distinguish two main evolution branches. However
it's argued that in these two branches division the main role
is determined not by invariable biochemichal structures but by
the more flexible in course of its development mind structure.
The nature of the current crisis is regarded. Together with
analyzing the author' experience of common living in several
"torn civilizations", this gives the observer the understanding
of its nature and the human evolution trends.
Transdisciplinary approach application.
Open Society concept consideration is carried out. Transfer to
the Open Society requires the evolution mechanism transition to
new innovative level. The urge of paradigma of social Darwinism
as well as corresponding changes in other social structures
organizations are stated.
The intrinsic correlation between the most of the current
crisis, as the economical, so the military and so the
environmental ones, which are regarded as a part of the humanity
transfer to new evolutionary stage.
Globalization is regarded as an integral and unavoidable part of
human evolution. The globalisation leads to decreasing of any
unique nation interests. Increasing role of social evolution for
H. sapiens. Contradiction between this species individualisation
evolution trend and the hive psychology. Transfer of selection
subjects to new levels. The interrelation of market economy

Reasons of some societies evolution retarding – in other words
social development delaying - are regarded. The increasing
ideology antagonism as a mechanism of psychological compensation
is considered. The mass ideology is reflected in hierarchical
society structure. Hence the autocratic power organization
tend sustaining itself through agitating the subdue peoples
masses. Influencing each other and meeting the development
difficulties both parts cause numerous conflicts all over the
word as inside this autocratic societies, so at the edges of
there crashing with the democratic branch. These conflicts are
not obligatory military ones. However the deepest effects are
put on public psychology. This rapture increasing causes
definitive isolation of two main evolutionary branches. However
till now the difference between them is determined by “mind
organisation” of the majority of the peoples belonging to
certain social systems.
Till now the difference between those two branches is determined
not by “traditional” genes. Traditional understanding of social
Darvinism was based on the DNA biochemical genes. The
phenotype features determined by them are very evident and
caused many racism theories appearing. However this mechanism
was proved to be invalid in human evolution The main difference
between these two branches is till now in human minds
organization. This organization comes up as a result of
interaction of many cultural-historical factors, everyday life
conditions and memes. Hence the culture heredity is the main
type of heredity that works for H.sapiens now. That cultural
heredity is more flexible and it is strongly affected by
surrounding social conditions and the influence of Second Signal
System through memes producing. Hence the memes are playing the
main role in it. To ensure the secure transfer to the next
evolution step the role of reasonable use of the memes is to be
increased

the economical changes causes the sciences-technical progress
with the following demographical boom and human interrelations
with its environment. Currently all these changes together
caused the deep rapture between generations. Due to these
changes the life quality increased. Due to this the demography
density increased significantly and hence the competition for
resources use increased. Hence the interspecies struggle between
these two branches increased too
the suicidal politics of the Market States cause cognitive
activity reduction. That increase the role of behavioral
instincts and hive psychology reinforcing too are regarded.

H. Sapiens's psychology intrinsic conflict – contradiction
between human mind individualisation trend and social species'
Hive psychology. Does the social being limit individualised
consiousness?
First we should accept that human beings, H.sapiens specimens,
are some special animal, ie biological objects that are governed
by certain interrelations with the surrounding environment and
whose evolution is following the nearly same tends with other
biosphere species. Like any other animal species H. Sapiens is
consumer. Hence that forever eternal dispute what determine
what, either social being determine consciousness or otherwise,
may be solved by that consumer nature wich is after all primal.
In fact the interactions between social being and consciousness
are very complicated and unequivocal. Some brilliant examples
may be drawn to prove each of the statements. The strongly
influence each other. However the consumer nature of animals
determines that so are the social being and productive forces
development. Like any animal human beings are looking for some
ways of optimizing its “body existing”, ie getting more various
benefits while spending less efforts. These instincts would be
called further on “behavioristic, self-preservation , or
egoistic instincts”. They are common for any biological
species.
That specific for H. sapiens feature that distinguishes this
species from others and that ensures the increasing independence
from the environment, that is individual consciousness
development, the cognitive activity and the consequent
environment transformation. This feature changed the very nature
of evolution and that would be discussed further.
Simultaneously the H.Sapiens specimens are social animals, so
they live just in some societies, which members are bound by
special intersocial relations. The other social species of
biosphere kive in specimens conglomerates or hives. These hives
also experience certain evolution with the similar evolution
goals. These are such animals, like bees, ants, termites, ie
those living “in hives”. Their units of evolution are mostly
those hives. An individual surviving or free will are neglected.
These animals' behaviour is described by “hive psychology”.
It should be noted that some elements of hive psychology may be
met among many commune-living species with low individualisation
level.
Ethical
policy for united mankind
the Authors of Ethical realism drive the concept of Ethic right
from Testament and the Christian religion authors such as St
Augustin . Well, it sounds reasonable as long as we stay within
the scope of the Protestant Ethics effect, whose influence
contributed a lot into the modern West creation development.
However not just the West exists on our Earth, the Protestant
ethics would not work in Asia, or Africa, even in Russia.
Richard Dawkins in his God delusion had proved that ethics could
not be deducted directly from any religion. Then what would be
ethical not just for the Protestant-Catholic countries but for
all the mankind? We assume that ethical would be mechanisms that
ensure its surviving, would not they?
So if the mankind surviving is regarded, we should accept that
it should evolve according to the changing conditions too –
other way would be just its extinction.
Fancy a society
existing under the conditions of severe limitation of access to
some recourses - and these resources may be as goods, so
communications,lifestyle and important status positions . In
societies of that type such status positions are the key factors
to more successful life there and “body” needs meeting. As a
result the society gets strictly socially stratified with no
"social lift" between the social levels. That is what happens
now in Russia and so in many other socially retarding societies-

In case that situation was existing for time of, let's say, couple of generations at least, it gets looking quite normal for common people developed under those conditions. they got more or less adjusted to this situation. That is just due to human character nature. Hence any changes to that situation would be considered as a thread to that adjusted state
- This is also a
reason of forever interest to some luxury staff that have few
practical use. For long time that staff processing was
considered as one's status confirmation. This habit is not easy
to forget. This depends on the conditions under which a person
has been developing.
Having been working in
course of long time,couple generations at least,that effect
causes the social system stiffening, and makes the system
autoreplication. In course of long time period peoples would
get used and more-or-less adjusted to the system. Thus peoples
of those systems would resist to any changes to the habitual
life-stile from aside to prevent the unavoidable stress of
reajusting.
In the developing countries this limitation assures some privileges to the upper social levels, so they would go on caring for these limitations would still exist for as long as possible. Without this limitation existing the value of their position would get decrease a lot. That would threaten their very existence. So they do anything to prevent any contacts of peoples from inside with environment outside that certain country.
Apparently the
overweening neglecting to this effect was the main mistake of
the democratists of the Bush period
Without taking into
account this effect any well-grounded sociological those
theories are nothing but “cloud castles”, dreams. People would
resist them.
What the evolution goals are? It's species (wich may be regarded
as a complex of specific features combination, may it not?), so
this is its long-term surviving ( not just of separate unique
species specimens but the species as the whole), ensured by its
adjusting to the surrounding conditions. Its adjusting is going
on due the flaw of mutations which are further fixed through the
natural selection. Then the most adjusted form from the current
moment comes up.
Globalization, that
occurred together with communication means development in the
beguinning of the 20th century, is that next
evolution step. It is ensuring improving life standards for
peoples, and in trend is irresistible as prove in his article

The mechanisms engining the other species evolution were
formulated by Darwin . It is Natural Selection wich is moved by
variability. It is so-called Darwin crane. The founder of the
Open Society concept Karl Popper states that “"Darwinism is not
a testable scientific theory, but a metaphysical research
program". In the same paper, he continued “I do not see how,
without it, our knowledge could have grown as it has done since
Darwin. In trying to explain experiments with bacteria which
become adapted to, say, penicillin, it is quite clear that we
are greatly helped by the theory of natural selection. Although
it is metaphysical, it sheds much light upon very concrete and
very practical researches. It allows us to study adaptation to a
new environment (such as a penicillin-infested environment) in a
rational way: it suggests the existence of a mechanism of
adaptation, and it allows us even to study in detail the
mechanism at work.”
He also noted that theism presented as explaining adaptation
"was worse than an open admission of failure, for it created the
impression that an ultimate explanation had been reached."He
later said: ”I still believe that natural selection works in
this way as a research”
to that sentence a biologist may add that currently the Darwin
theory has already been proved for many species with rapid
generations exchange. There are many evidents of its effect on
human evolution too, but it's still in discussion.
The same Darwin crane may be applied in many other fields of things under the development. This crane is used in linguistic studies, in culturology at al. This mechanism is perfectly shown in the “Darwin cathedral” by Wylson.
Just the
old-fashioned understanding of the term Social Darvinism based
on DNA genes should be broadened to the memes and the
life-stile habits-based cultural Darwinism understanding.
The evolutionary goal of socium
There are many evidences that sane human beings are not able to carry successful life with no interrelations with other socium members. It is in its nature, human being a social animal so the socium may be regarded as the main evolutionary unit. In the meanwhile via acting in societies human beings are changing the environment. Hence the environmental conditions are constantly changing as well, consequently a species agglomeration is both tonguarantee better “body” instincts meeting and to keep changing in order to stay keeping fit to them. These changes mean evolution, hence the evolutionary unit – ie the society - is to ensure this changes.
The Open
Society Concept
That concept was first created by philosopher Henri Bergson. In
open societies, government is responsive and tolerant, and
political mechanisms are transparent and flexible. The state
keeps no secrets from itself in the public sense; it is a
non-authoritarian society in which all are trusted with the
knowledge of all. Political freedoms and human rights are the
foundation of an open society. Brilliant ideal it were, were it
not? However until now that ideal can't be reached. Why?
Like any ideal the Open Society full implementation unreachable,
however what are the ways to approach it?
Later the Open Society Idea was developed by Karl Popper. He
describes an open society as one "in which individuals are
confronted with personal decisions" as opposed to a "magical or
tribal or collectivist society”. That means that this social
pattern stays within the evolutionary mainstream for the H.
Sapiens species and badly contradicts the behavioristic nature
of Hive psychology. The latter is promoted by any mass-Ideology
or mass religion. Till this Hive psychology stay in power it
slows down this type society development significantly.
How to combine
the Open Society pattern with the Hive psychology?
For the most of other biosphere species – with some exception of
bees, ants, termites and so on – those who live in hives - the
evolutionary object are separate specimens and their selection
means their eliminating. For those forming hives, the evolution
objects are these hives them-selves, the conglomerate of
specimens. No special attention is paid for single unique
specimen.
But that ideal Open Society is marked by the beginnings marked
by a distinction between natural – which are affecting the Hive
mass - and man-made law, and an increase in personal
responsibility and accountability for moral choices.
After the Popper's definition the Open Society is to be based on
the scientific theories. Hence the Evolutionary mechanism had
been put forward by Darwin theory should form the basis of this
society. However the genetic mechanism of this selection is not
working anymore. New techniques should be worked out on the
basis of new heredity mechanisms, that are working now in
H.Sapiens society.
Many features have been regarded as some unique features that
have been distinguishing H.Sapiens from other biosphere species.
None unique one was found. However their complex is unique.
Combination of them with recognizing activity forms “ individual
free feel” or cognitive activity that together with the
environment transformation ability distinguish H. sapiens from
other Hive species, like bees, ants et al. It makes it able to
change voluntary both its environment and its interrelations
with that environment, significantly decreasing its dependence
on the environment conditions.
This is the species evolutionary advantage. That feature ensured
better species adjusting to the environment the muscular
power-reaction in changing climate conditions, so apparently
that was one of the reasons that the competition with H.
Neanderthalensis was won by H. Cro-Magnionis – the modern
species. Along the evolution it increased human influence on the
surrounding environment and decreased the specimens dependence
of the surrounding environment. That increased the human
influence on the environment it was predicted by V. Vernadsky,
Soviet geobiologist of the first half of the 20th century.
European zone deforestation, Sahara and other arid areas'
expanding, climate change...
It may be assumed that in order to avoid the destiny of
all the Hive species certain level of individualisation should
be ensured but it should be combined with cooperation inside the
socium parts.
Interpretation
of evolution mechanism in human evolution.
Since the World is changing the human society is to change
correspondingly. The evolution mechanisms are still working in
Human evolution as well. Their influence on the species
interrelation with the environment would be considered.
Simultaneously the nature of the current crisis would be
regarded as a part of its evolution.
Though the prof Richard Dawkins in his the “God delusion”
doesn't agree with the theory of Group selection he comes as far
as just half-step away from it. Advocating to Darwin he quotes
his words “When two tribes of premeval man, living in the same
country, came into the competition if one of the tribes includes
( other conditions are equal) a greater number of courageous,
sympathetic and faithful members, who were always ready toward
each other of danger,to aid and defend each other, this tribe
with no doubts succeeded best and conquer the others...Selfish
and contentious people would not cohere and without coheration
nothing can be effected. A tribe processing the above qualities
in high degree would spread and be victorious over other tribes;
but in time it would, judging from all the past history, be
overcome by some other socially-retarded and still highly
individual-minds-endowed tribes.
In his God delusion Dawkins says concerning the Darwin ideas: To
satisfy any biological specialists who might be reading this, I
should add that Darwin's idea was NOT strictly group selection,
in the true sense of successful spawning daughter groups whose
frequencies might be counted in a metapopulation of groups.
Rather, Darwin visualized tribes with altruistically cooperative
members spreading and becoming more numerous in terms of
mumblers of individuals. Darwin's model is... not true group
selection” he says there. This main argument makes not valid if
speaking of human society evolution. It's true only if
relatively short-time tactic is regarded. In this case it's true
indeed.
However in the long-term strategic prospect the situation is
otherwise. It happens due to memes replacing of the genes in
human social heredity. Memes do not require biological
transmission, but have much more powerful mean for distribution
– culture heredity. Hence the alive active gene medium is not
needed. If some memes prove to be more advantageous, like the
genes they are being multiplying and thus spreading wider.
In the meanwhile the memes forming process may be managed - like
that of genes in course of Artificial Selection of domestic
animals. Simultaneously while the traditional genetic changes
take several generations time to get accepted, the meme-caused
changes are highly more flexibles. Hence they are better
adjusted to modern conditions.
The model of H.sapiens group evolution is in details considered in the “Darwin Cathedral” by Wylson.
If his way of consideration is followed, it should be assumed that by now the human population have approached to the next stage of evolution. The secure passage onto that stage would not be possible without the based on evolution mechanisms science-based use of those memes.
The transition
onto that step is marked by the scope of the present economical
crisis .
This moment is especially interesting because the similar reason
crisis used to happen in many countries including the USA

The correlation between the society productive forces
development and it's social pattern was considered by many
various economists. Since the Marx's times many of them assumed
its evolution nature. Some of the economists had recognised the
cyclic nature of those changes. The cyclic crisis nature was
reflected the theory of so-called Kondratiev vaves, described by
Soviet economist Kondratiev. After his idea the crisis affects
all the sectors of an economy, and concerns mainly output rather
than prices (although Kondratieff had made observations focusing
more on prices, inflation and interest rates). According to
Kondratieff, the ascendant phase is characterized by an increase
in prices and low interest rates, while the other phase consists
of a decrease in prices and high interest rates. The crisis is
characterized by social shifts and changes in the public mood
the correlation between Kondratiev waves and Great social
perturbations and Biggest Wars gets evident from that table

Unfortunately Kondratieff could not worked out his theory
further than the 19th century, because in 30es he got to Soviet
Gulag and there he was condemned to death in 1938. However these
ideas were further developed by many economists. In his Business
Cycles (1939), Josef Schumpeter suggested naming the cycles,
"Kondratieff waves", in honor of the economist who first noticed
them. The historian Eric Hobsbawn wrote of the theory: "That
good predictions have proved possible on the basis of Kondratiev
Long Waves—this is not very common in economics—has convinced
many historians and even some economists that there is something
in them, even if we don't know what." Till now there is no
officially accepted explanation of these cycles waving, and to
the Winter – depressive - period of these cycles. However one of
these period reasons may be the social pattern retarding as long
as the new productive forces development have developed. In the
meanwhile these cycles – or waves – may be regarded as some
cause that drives cliodynamic. The cliodinamic is a new

So currently the technology and communication means development
make the globalization unavoidable and this crisis proves that
classical capitalism pattern – so called “laisser-faire”, - is
retarding. So to cure it the social pattern should get
adjusted. However due to its flexible nature it is still more
adjusted than any out-of-date “traditional” states
organizations.
Though it seems that the current crisis affects mostly the
Countries of “Golden Billion” - the most developed ones, however
its influence on the rest of the World countries makes evident
the intrehumanity interrelations. It may be considered as that
“economical Hiroshima” Huntington was thinking about as one of
the methods to prevent future war between the Western
civilization and the Conphucius one. The fall of the main
customers of the Chinese products caused their GDP falling for
unexpectedly high volumes. Their reaction shows that they are
not less interested in the West wellbeing. So the bloodthirsty
Huntington's plans of preventing the USA-China war through
promoting conflicts of China with its neighboring rivals are
out-of-date and of no more need. Till the West is the biggest
consumer of China-produced goods, they are highly interested in
the West solvency and well being. That understanding had already
made Chinese leaders proclaiming that currently it were just
suiciding to ruin the USA leadership. With the present level of
population poverty, the local consumer were not be created in
couple of years. Then ... may us not get guessing the future...
(I just wonder why none expert of those I had come over, have
been saying nothing on the very serious demography problem, wich
was created by Mao rough demography politics of fertility
control. Only one child per family was allowed, the violators
had to pay the fee about 10 thousand dollars – which was
impossible for the most of the population. Due to some religious
traditions that only child was to be male, the female embrios
were just aborted – until the Ultra-Sound got prohibited. Those
politics created two main problems:1- the generation of more
individualised “little Emperors”, highly individualized and
spoilt by parents generation, that is changing the
state-oriented sociopsychology. Another problem is “ gender
imbalance”, the reproductive ages females shortage. The “little
Emperors generation” is slowly destroying the state-orientated
ideology now. Together with the current crisis it causes many
recent changes in the China State organization. These changes
are aimed to he inside demand. It would further cause some
additional individualization. So Huntington's views, though
considered “classic” now were quite out-of-date....
Overpopulated are only the seashore regions. The North is rather
deserted and poorly developed and that means that they are still
have certain limits to reach....)
The more evident gets the war that would be an episode of
interspecies struggle. Between two equal by genetics but sharply
different by “mind organization” branches – that evolutionary
advantageous one democratic and archaic autocratic one. The
letter pattern attributes to various countries, but most of them
attributes traditionally the East. Though Venezuela is in
America, Russia is partly in Europe. China is a very special
country with very specific history, but the South Corea and
Japan are the very special countries as well, and though
geographically they are on the East, they belong to the West
pattern anyway. On of the first historically proved cases was
the Punic wars between the Rome Empire – semi-democratic
republic that times and Carthage oligarchic state – may be that
traditional devision got source till those times? However by now
this devision makes peoples confusing...

In latest 200 hundred years the world experienced that deep
changes that any traditional ways of realising the situation and
dealing with it are not to be used to ensure success. Due to
absolutely nature reasons (various aspects of self-preservation
egoistic instincts, such as looking for getting better “body”
living conditions with less efforts) and the intense development
of transport and communication means the World is getting more
and more globalised. That is natural and unavoidable, so it is
can not be fight against. However it is definitely to be managed
and adjusted trough applying new innovative - science-based and
well-discussed - methods to prevent side-effect accidents.

This fundamentalism might be not islam only – it happens with almost any religion, as with Orthodox Christianity, so with HAREDIM (ultra-orthodox) Judaists – I suppose it may be the same with other churches, but those three of them are playing the main part in the Western cultures. If speaking of Buddhism or Hinduism - in the Western cultures they are nothing more than various superstitions mainly.
So, the question is why it happens in our modern World, which seems sometimes by now that information-rich and science-based ? What is the sense of religion still existing?
I'm afraid all the Western intellectuals speculating on that seem to be like blind puppies! They are those very “highbrows” indeed, not just intellectuals, but those ones whose sophisticated ideas are absolutely alienated from day-by-day life, They always miss one very important sociopsychological moment. This moment is closely related with the problem of the USA international image and thus it just cannot be just missed.
Living and developing
under the conditions at the edge of the torn culture of the
socially retarding huge country allow me some keys to the

All these theorists
while creating their well-grounded sound theories, miss the same
moment. May be that is due to that simple fact that they have
never belonged to a society suffering long-term serious
limitations in anything. They have never felt it. They may have
known it – in theory only, but it were impossible to feel, to
realise if you had never lived under those conditions.
Without taking into account this effect all those theories are nothing but “cloud castles”, dreams.

Fancy a society existing under the conditions of severe limitation of access to some recourses - and these resources may be as goods, so communications,lifestyle and important status positions . In societies of that type such status positions are the key factors to more successful life there and “body” needs meeting. As a result the society gets strictly socially stratified with no "social lifting" between the social levels. That is what happens now in Russia and so in many other socially retarding societies- or so-called "feudal"ones.
In case that situation was existing for time of, let's say, couple of generations at least, it gets looking quite normal for common people developed under those conditions. That is just due to human character nature.
- This is also a
reason of forever interest to some luxury staff that have few
practical use. For long time that staff processing was
considered as one's status confirmation. This habit is not easy
to forget. This depends on the conditions under which a person
has been developing.
Having been working in
course of long time,couple generations at least,that effect
causes the social system stiffening, and makes the system
autoreplication. In course of long time period peoples would
get used and more-or-less adjusted to the system. Thus peoples
of those systems would resist to any changes to the habitual
life-stile from aside to prevent the unavoidable stress of
reajusting.
In the developing countries this limitation assures some privileges to the upper social levels, so they would go on caring for these limitations would still exist for as long as possible. Without this limitation existing the value of their position would get decrease a lot. That would threaten their very existence. So they do anything to prevent any contacts of peoples from inside with environment outside that certain country.
Failing to meet the
people “body” instincts the leading actors of the social pattern
in order to shut down the social rebellion get appealing to
some imaginary unique spiritual values of that certain people.
That happens currently as in the Russian Federation so in
other socially retarding states. This problem is very actual
for developing international image of the USA – you may be quite
sure that those countries officials are permanently claiming
“those wretched Americans”, using some worse slang words. As
long as these powers stay “in authority” for common peoples they
may strongly influence their ideology. However Americans falling
into certain overweening position of the Big Brother that knows
everything better bothered other nations always, no matter how
much reason was in it. So especially bothering it had got now
under the crisis conditions. For the Americans got under the
Market Autocracy destructing influence.

However what can be done with common folks unable enjoying the happiness of their simple life? Those stupid folks, that are just not able to get their happiness, are always looking forward to living better life...
